NBU Punishes Five Financial Companies for Violations
The National Bank of Ukraine has taken measures against five non-banking financial institutions for violating legislation and engaging in risky activities. The companies affected include LLC "FC Falcon", LLC "FC Arian Plus", LLC "Investment Union", LLC "FC Yurspecfinance", and LLC "Leasing Company Eco Leasing". LLC "FC Falcon" was fined 172,940 UAH and received a written warning for violating requirements for off-site supervision. The fine must be paid within a month, and the violation must be rectified by August 18. LLC "FC Arian Plus" received a warning for corporate governance violations, and deficiencies must be corrected by August 18, 2026. LLC "Investment Union" and LLC "FC Yurspecfinance" are required to address violations related to the failure to submit information and delays in the audit report by August 18, 2026. LLC "Leasing Company Eco Leasing" has suspended the provision of funds until July 27, 2027. The NBU also revoked the license of "Online Finance" and stripped the insurance companies "Asko DS" and "Victory" of their licenses.
